This Bruin Giving Day, you can champion the integrative patient care and research that Cancer at UCLA Health is known for. Through supporting the UCLA Health Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center (UCLA Health JCCC) and the Simms/Mann UCLA Center for Integrative Oncology.
The UCLA Health Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center (UCLA Health JCCC) seeks philanthropic support from people who share our joint missions of eradicating cancer and providing the best patient care in cancer for all. These two aims are inextricably linked: Research will help us better understand cancer, which will lead to the discovery of new, more effective treatments and result in better patient outcomes. Your gift will provide more than 500 physicians and scientists the crucial funding to develop new methods, protocols, and therapies for treating cancer and all its complexities. They are an innovative, inquisitive, and impressive community of scientists who, along with patient care clinic staff, propel cancer science forward. Our commitment to them and to our patients anchors our mission.

At the Simms/Mann UCLA Center for Integrative Oncology, our team supports patients and families through the motto “we care for you: mind, body, and spirit.” Our cancer programs, services, and support resources are designed to complement the outstanding clinical care one receives at UCLA Health. Our comprehensive, whole-person approach addresses the many needs of cancer patients and their loved ones through individualized counseling, nutritional guidance, spiritual care, support groups, mind/body workshops, meditation, art therapy, and more. We offer the high-majority of our programs, services, and resources free of charge. The Simms/Mann UCLA Center for Integrative Oncology depends on philanthropic support to fulfill our mission.
