This two-day, off-site leadership retreat brings together presidents from all 60 UCLA Greek chapters and 6 councils to develop essential leadership skills, foster community, and create lasting impact. Through engaging workshops led by UCLA staff and volunteers, students gain the tools to lead with confidence and integrity. Since 2017, over 550 student leaders have graduated from the GOLD Academy—help us continue this tradition of excellence!
