Stroke is the leading cause of adult disability, affecting countless patients and families. The UCLA Department of Neurology is conducting novel research to identify mechanisms of brain repair and develop new therapies that stimulate recovery. Further, these brain repair therapies will have wide-ranging impacts, informing treatments of other neurological diseases. Your support will help advance these innovative efforts to restore brain function and improve patients’ recovery and quality of life.
